Reepel enters collaboration agreement with Remediiate

Remediiate plan to pilot algae to protein technology with commercial partner Simec Atlantis. Reepel has agreed to provide proprietary bioreactor technology offering a step change in efficiency over existing systems. Reepel technology will be evaluated using a range of different organisms capable of growing at low to high cell density and protein concentration using waste carbon dioxide gas as a substrate. The objective being to scale up to 1 million tonnes of protein rich animal feed per annum by 2026.
